I have found the software to work very well and efficiently, and I am running a computer with 4 Gig if Ram that is around 4 years old. Hence, I a, well aware that you don’t have to have the latest machine around for this.

 

Naturally, the processing functions will work faster in a more modern machine, but the idea here is to ensure that your computer, whatever type is being used, does not have too may other functions running when you are using audio software. This is a cross the board recommendation, as audio applications can use quite a lot of processing power and if you are bogging your computer down with other functions you may experience some audio glitches.

Please note I am making the recommendation generally, and not in reference to this software specifically.
