Martin Cohn has spent just under 20 years with the Seven Network, in Australia, starting as a Trainee Audio Technician in Perth, at TVW 7, and then moving to Sydney in 2000, to continue, as a Technician Level A.
After the Network took the decision to commence broadcasting from News Central at Martin Place, in Sydney, Martin was amongst the few technicians assigned to the new complex.
This included learning new digital technologies, with the use of Quantel servers, as well as assisting with the integration to a one studio facility.
Martin resigned from the Seven Network in late 2008, after reaching the level of Team Leader, for the Tech Services Workshop.
This was in order to move to France, where his wife had taken up a medical post.

However, it was time to move onward, and commence a new life in France.
